2003's Great Event! (The 1st Annual Carolwood "East" UnMeeting) The Rededication of the Roger E. Broggie W.D.W.R.R. Steam Engine No. 3 at the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World Resort was a grand enjoyable time! The "First" Annual UnMeeting was actually a Special Society Event, organized for the rededication ceremony of the engine Roger E. Broggie after an extensive re-furbishment and re-conditioning. At this point in time, there was no such thing as the "Annual UnMeeting at Walt Disney World", but this event inspired the creation of our UnMeeting.

2004's Grand Un-meeting Event! The 2nd Annual Carolwood "East" UnMeeting Society members gathered at Walt Disney World for 3 days of activities. Inspired by the 2003 Rededication of the engine Roger E. Broggie, Society member Rodney Recor, now a Walt Disney World cast member, created and organized the "UnMeeting at Walt Disney World". Although this was techically the 'first' annual Un-Meeting to include several days of a variety of activities and events, we decided to retroactively declare the 2003 event, "The 1st Annual UnMeeting at Walt Disney World". and the tradition was born.

2005 East Meets West Un-meeting! The 3nd Annual Carolwood "East" UnMeeting Society members return to Walt Disney World for 5 days of activities. After the exciting success of the Carolwood "East" UnMeeting in 2004, we knew that we were on our way to a real Carolwood Society tradition! By this time, Rodney was not only organizing the annual event, but also became Walt Disney World's official Carolwood liaison tending to the annual LillyBelle layout around the Main Street, USA Christmas Tree,

and the installation of the full Lillybelle train with cars and caboose displayed in the Carolwood Room at the Fort Wilderness Lodge. (At that time the Carolwood Room was known as the Iron Spike Room.)
